Stand for the North & Fleetwood

You don’t need a degree from Oxford or a career in Westminster. You need to love your town, listen to your neighbours, and be willing to graft.

The North & Fleetwood Branch is selecting candidates for council elections across the north wards of Blackpool and for Wyre Council seats in Fleetwood. If you live in any of these wards, are a registered UK voter, and believe our towns can do better — we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for

• A genuine connection to your ward — you live in it, work in it, or grew up in it.
• A clean public record and the willingness to undergo a basic candidate vetting process.
• The time and energy to knock doors, attend meetings and represent residents properly.
• An instinct for Blackpool first — no career politicians.
